ENUMERATORS & LETTER DELIVERY HELPERS NEEDED FOR 2023 MUNICIPAL CENSUS

The City of Fort Saskatchewan is accepting applications for enumerators and letter delivery helpers for the 2023 Municipal Census. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age, enjoy working with the public, and will be accurate in the collection of confidential information.

Enumerators
Job description: Visiting households which did not complete the census online. Enumerators will be equipped with a tablet for the quick input of census information at each residence.

Requirement: Successful applicants will be required to attend a City administered two-hour training session, of their choice, scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5 or Wednesday, April 12, 2023. The enumeration may be conducted during daytime hours, evenings and weekends, between April 22 and June 1, 2023. Applicants must be available during this time period.

Compensation: $0.75 will be paid on an enumerated per person basis, as well as for recorded vacant residences or residences under construction. Enumerators will be paid for attending the census training session, and mileage will be paid for enumerators assigned to rural areas.

Delivery Helpers
Job description: Folding, stuffing and delivering Secure Access Code (SAC) letters to each household in Fort Saskatchewan.

Requirement: Must be available to deliver letters door-to-door between April 1 and 14, 2023.

Compensation: $0.50 will be paid for each letter delivered, per household.
